Forerunners return to Sudbeat with his first full EP - Fear is the Mind Killer. 

Bursting onto the scene some 8 years ago, Arizona-based Brenden LaBonte (or Forerunners to his fans) has quickly progressed up the ladder with music signed to an impressive list of high profile labels including Perfecto, Pure Progressive, Anjunadeep and more. His signature slow build style is perfect for us, and we are excited to present these immersive and emotional tracks. 

Opening with a carnival of beats is 'Fear is the Mind Killer'. Melodic layers ebb and fade over the opening bars adding tension. Bass and spiky sonics in the midsection indicate a definite energy rise with the main break becoming an oasis from the chaos that powers from the drop in the final third. 'Distant Signal' with its Bladerunner-esque dystopian keys is a darker, more insistent partner. Elegant pads and choppy arps add interest to this heads-down stomper for just before dawn ushers in reality.

Lopezhouse return to Bedrock after their debut album ‘Apollo’ came last year as part of the groundbreaking Quattro Artists release. Iraila opens up with deep rolling grooves and scintillating chords. They are layered up over the drums and bring a sense of spiritual awakening that will make a truly impressive impact in the club when the whole thing finally peaks. Motorstellar sinks into an equally deep vibe with more smooth drums and icy percussion. Another smart breakdown gets the hairs standing on end before the tune carries you away once more.

Welsh duo Trutopia serve up scintillating house sounds as they return to Get Physical Music. The release features guest appearances from Paige Bea and Liz Cass.

This sibling duo last released on this label in collaboration with Greta Levska in 2022 and, since then have gone on to new heights. They have made a mark in Ibiza with sets at the likes of Hï Ibiza along with their monthly residency for Franky Wah's Shen Presents at Club Chinois and continued to serve up their unmistakable sounds on Strictly Rhythm, Nervous Records and many more while picking up props from Hot Since 82, Pete Tong and Sarah Story amongst others.

'Home' (feat. Paige Bea) opens with uplifting chords drenched in subtle euphoria. They rise ever higher next to ethereal vocal coos in the background, while a stylish and emotive top line brings spine-tingling soul. The broken beats are deft and elegant as they tap out a catchy rhythm that oozes class. 'Reality Void' (feat. Liz Cass) is another brilliantly heavenly trip with more angelic voices soaring over the meticulously crafted broken beats and organic percussive details. It's awash with emotion and the sort of epic track that casts a spell on any dance floor.
