Arnulfo Reyes III, 23 years young from the San Fernando Valley, CA. Determined to make it in the industry based off his music & not his appearance. His first performance in 2014 led to comparisons with innovative artists such as Drake, J. Cole, etc. This all started at young age listening to a variety of music genre including Oldies, Hip Hop, Rap but R&B would be the genre that would seal his faith. Since 7th grade he's been recording & mixing his own music working to build his home recording studio, spending most of his life building his voice, his sound, & his mark.
 
Some of his most popular songs, "On The Market" & "Hard For Me" demonstrate the variety of music he creates that were released a few years ago which have been the key to his mild success.
 
His debut mixtape, "Lost On Hart Street", will be released next year which speaks of his uprising, relationships & his perspective about the music being produced today.

Do you believe that music has the ability to change your moment, change your day, change your week if you give it enough of your focus?

Do you believe that sound, often without words, is a much more powerful type of communication than many people give it credit for?

Do you believe in depth for the sake of itself, because there are things that you can find under the surface if you let the possibilities wash over you?

Born and raised in Algeria and specifically in Oran city, DJ Billal has been influenced by the traditional music of his country, Ray, Rap, the Electronic music, and House music, he creates his own music, defining in his genre.
* DJ Billal's music has taken a large and diversified audiance. He recently relaised his new Album " Mixtape Rai'NB All Stars " which includes the best and the famous singers of the Raï Music and other styles with the collabaration of DJ Moos.
