It also delves into the current with a look at a recently releases album of contemporary welsh music called O'r Nyth. Including Interviews from Ankst Musik founder, Emyr Williams and Nyth founder, Alun Gaffey. Plus music from Topper, Beck, Rheinallt H. Rowlands, Joy Division, Afal Drwg Efa, Sen Segur,  Casi Wyn, Cowbois Rhos Botwnnog, Gwyllt, Alun Gaffey, David Wrench and Melys.
