Shannon Hayes Buescher, MS, RD, LD, is a registered and licensed dietitian, Intuitive Eating counselor, and Health At Every Size activist. She is passionate about helping people to stop dieting, recover from disordered eating and make peace with food and their bodies. 

Amid these historic, turbulent times, Shannon is helping her clients to connect to their bodies, eat more intuitively and overcome emotional eating.
