Influenced by industrial sounds and UK Drum and Bass, he has created abyssal and mechanical productions that he expresses through a strong impulsive Techno which resonates in the depths of soul. You can feel it in his releases, his own label  KR Records which he founded 3 years ago and his DJ sets which are of a great intensity.

DC-based artist Furtive showcases a self-published belter among a collection of multi-genre tracks, no small feat.

Sympathies is a series of self-published releases by DC-based artist Furtive, showcasing an extensive genre-agnostic catalog of colorful original production. The fifth release in the series has the polychromatic producer revisiting and re-tuning their familiar psychedelic techno murk, making forays into exquisite and sappy new territory, and - inevitably - delivering fearsome acid. 

The featured track “Scofflaw” is a resonant psychedelic roller, pulling listeners through oil-slicked whirlpool wetness. It’s a trippy, dissociated track with sharp, frothy percussive accents and a low-slung, gooey and steadily progressing synth pattern, delivering a sure case of lost-in-the-fog stumbling. 

Sympathies V features nine tracks of kinetic low-end energy, trippy textures, soaring n’ dreamy moments, and crunchy tuff stuff - all for maximum dancefloor wiggliness spanning from techno to drum’n’bass. Furtive is publishing the release on March 8, 2021.
