Opening up the month of September in style, Astral Records presents the first installment of their Celestial' series. These VA collections will stretch across the globe searching out the finest untapped talent along with industry veterans. With a concise approach the label explores a full spectrum of melodic house and techno, with an emphasis on the astral qualities that has made the genre appealing to many. Wrapped up in this five-track journey is a veritable smorgasbord of beats and melodies that are sure to delight the senses. Cameron Christian Samson was born in 1992 in Ceres, a small town outside of Cape Town, South Africa. The South African began producing music at the young age of 11-years-old curious to how electronic music was created. He was influenced by artists such as Benny Benassi, Laidback Luke, Fedde Le Grande and later Micky Slim, Nick Supply, Switch and Stupid Fresh. His father was a sound engineer for most of a 30 year long career in live events and as a young child he spent much time awed by 48 channel mixing desks and how every slider had a unique function. He spent much time producing in many genres such as electro, hip-hop, house, drum and bass, dubstep as well as psy-trance, each production a learning exercise, guiding him closer to a unique sound and style as well as tuning his ear. After 15 years of study and many years spent in almost every DAW that exists, Cameron Christian Samson is now producing a unique flavour of melodic techno, and deep house under the name of 'Rosenna Samson'. Rosenna is his grandmother's second name as a tribute to her memory. He creates every sound in every original production from scratch.  His style can be described as emotive and powerful. He enjoys to create hard, dirty 5am techno as well as deeper melodic grooves. He always enjoys to create a colourful composition and emotive nostalgic feeling.

'Cabin In The Woods' includes two brand new songs, the title track and 'Retrogg'. Both are full force peak time progressive house cuts, intense and euphoric.
