til the self cracked and the shell hatched

from the brain cell with a skeleton key
and the rains fell enveloping me
riding wave swells and they’re propelling me
with the reins held as loose as can be
i’m doing this shit with a relative ease
let tension release til it’s letting me breathe
you better believe that i’m betting on me
