Embarking on a new musical journey, I'm venturing beyond my usual sound to push my creative boundaries. This endeavor serves as both a personal challenge as a producer and a glimpse into the diverse sonic landscapes I can craft.

Currently, I'm immersed in the creation of a 14-track album dedicated to one of my favorite underground genres - 'Synthwave'. This project has been a revitalizing experience after a brief hiatus from production. Mental struggles, self-doubt, and a loss of motivation led me to reassess my artistic direction. As 2024 unfolds, I've decided to break free from being a mere "Crowd Pleaser" and release the pressure of conforming to a specific identity. My goal is for my name to resonate as an artist and producer, representing something unique beyond the confines of a genre label like "tech house DJ."

Ghosstek is a Chicano Electronic Dance Music artist from Boyle Heights California formally known as Joshua Fields. Ghosstek's been a Producer & DJ since grade school and pursued it in a professional level since 2015. The style of music common to be published by Ghosstek ranges from Tech House, Latin House, G House , Bass House & Deep House.

Ghosstek first debut his first EP 'FVCK What Ya Heard' previously under Joshua Fields and performed at LA clubs, bars, featured in podcast and performed on radio stations such as 99.1 KLBP FM & 88.9 KXLU FM. During the day he's a full-time barber but at night A Musician, Producer & Professional DJ.
