But I’ve had burglaries and mysteries that take too long to solve.

But there’s a high cost of admission to the game we’re trying to play.

It’s the sin along the sidelines, the straight and narrow way...
Is longer and it’s tougher than they ever said it’d be.
It’s the palette of the headlines, the color of the rain...
Real life hangs in shadows and the darker shade of grey
