Void- a project manifesting from a place of emptiness, and the need for fulfillment. This void seems to empty and refill differently as life marches on. Sometimes this void is filled with creativity, innovation, and introspection, and other times it's filled with depression, procrastination, and a sense of being unmotivated. Regardless of it's contents, life goes on. It is what you fill the void with that determines the narrative of your existence.

TIME DILATION EP by @ch3mistree

the project "Time Dilation" is meant to be a storytelling EP about a couple of lovers who find themselves at two different points in their lives and thus their relationship, with each song taking on one of the unique perspectives of the couple. Both tracks attempt to blend genres of wave and experimental bass in order to create a unique sonic experience. The title “Time Dilation” was chosen because time dilation is the slowing of time as perceived by one observer compared with another which I feel resonates with the idea of a couple being at two different points in their lives, almost as if they are living in two different points in time.

After nearly a year of audio experiments and an powerful growth in compositional scope, he’s prepped to unveil the Habaneuro LP, with The Rust being given the opportunity to premiere the album’s namesake track.

“Habaneuro” is exactly as it’s name suggests; brazen, lush, and undeniably spicy. The outer edges of the track begin and end with vibrant, meandering jazz breaks, giving the track a life and soul beyond just rugged synthesis and brackish textures. Sandwiched between the smoothness is a vicious breakdown wielding stereoptic bass and fragmented glitches, merging tones and waveforms into an electronic potpourri of force and firepower. “Habaneuro” is the torch that lights the albums pyre, and it's more than just a taste of what’s soon to come from the mad machinations of Hullabalo0.
