Welcome to the new output of HueHelix.
For our 3rd vinyl release, Go Hiyama brings this powerful EP with a superb NX1 Remix. Go opens up the EP with ‘Mean’ which contains full of darkness and dry atmosphere, and this track has already been compiled in the 2nd Unknown Landscapes mix CD by Christian Wünsch on PoleGroup Recordings. Then, NX1 breaks and rebuilds the original ‘Philosophy’ completely, which sounds almost another original track. After that, ‘Philosopher’ original version enlightens ‘techno for dancefloor’ theory with straight rhythm patterns and stabs. At last, ‘Modeling Of Lights’ closes the journey with very fearful and dark atmosphere. The whole EP is a story and Go is a great storyteller. This is a masterpiece of Go’s work.

Back at our mammoth Stay True Scotland broadcast earlier this month, one track came real close to bringing The Caves' roof down during Nina Kraviz's powerhouse headline set. "I Wanna Go Bang" very nearly executed its titular statement – well, if the song was more about wrecking balls and less about...oh, never mind.

The vocals that stalk the track, so wholly devoid of humanity, rub up against razor-sharp claps and serious bounce in the subs. It's weighty warehouse techno of the highest order, set to devastate dark basements and big tents alike throughout the year. Simply put: Icelandic producer Bjarki has delivered a bomb.
