Amsterdam-raised and Bali-based, Jiminal is a DJ whose musical evolution has been years in the making. Although he's been spinning records for as long as he can remember, Jiminal took his craft to the next level in 2020, carving out a unique presence on the scene with a signature sound that spans Balearic, Downtempo, Cosmic Disco, and House–and anything in between. Music for hip movement.

While Jim is unruffled by nature, he lights up when surrounded by the music and people he loves. As a selector, his musical DNA is shaped by the rock & roll and disco records from his parents and takes listeners on a journey—whether it’s through global sun-drenched sounds or spaced-out tracks to get lost in.

With a weekly radio residency on UFO FM and a series of events at key Amsterdam venues such as Radio Radio and Multipla, Jiminal is quietly but steadily making his mark among a global community of selectors.

Outside of music, he’s deeply involved in several communities of creative technologists working towards building a better internet. His goal is to combine this ideology by blending his musical endeavors to create a unique presence in the scene.

In 2023, in support of this mission, Jiminal launched FERMI, a multidisciplinary party label that celebrates the cultural significance of music through DJing and community-building. With FERMI, Jiminal aims to deepen connections to the roots of the music while sparking discovery and appreciation for timeless sound.

With a collection of forgotten records, hidden gems, and timeless classics in his arsenal, Jiminal's sets are designed to put a smile on your face as he guides you to get lost in sound together.

Elevé au blues et au rock
Je suis tombé dans la spirale du mix,  que j' ai découvert dans les free party du Sud de la France . 

Au fur et à mesure des années je me suis ouvert à plusieurs styles de musiques elecrtonique en essayant de les marier les un aux autres .

j' ai  développé un style progressif avec des inluences funk, rock, jazz, hip hop, acid, techno,...

Je suis à la recherche d'eclectisme . 

Mon but,  le partage de la musique et  emmener les gens au voyage .
