BCA Records is an independent  techno-oriented record label based in Italy (Irpinia/Roma), interested in releasing music on cassette, vinyl and digital format.

We focus our attention on several electronic techno-oriented music styles, but the sonorous spectrum is impregnated by a deep, decadent, ambient and industrial attitude.

Our elaboration and exploration of sound is stucked in a transient membrane, the black chrysalis, that becomes an ancestral quiescent archive of a stilema, a genetic programming code that is the same through the various stages of sound metamorphosis.

Luigi Ceccarelli si dedica fin dagli anni ’70 alla composizione musicale elettroacustica con esecuzione dal vivo. Le sue opere sono generate da suoni strumentali e da suoni naturali che vengono elaborati elettronicamente in tempo reale e diffuse con tecniche di spazializzazione multicanale.
Ha ottenuto premi internazionali da varie istituzioni (IMEB di Bourges, Ars Elettronica di Linz, televisione Ungherese, premio canadese Opus).
Oltre all’ambito esclusivamente musicale, Luigi Ceccarelli si è dedicato al teatro musicale realizzando spettacoli con il Teatro delle Albe e Fanny & Alexander. Per questi lavori ha ricevuto il Premio UBU, il premio del Bitef Festival di Belgrado e del Mess Festival di Sarajevo. Negli anni ’80 ha lavorato come musicista con la coreografa Lucia Latour, e  successivamente con la compagnia di danza norvegese Wee e con la coreografa sudafricana Robin Orlin.
Negli anni ’90 creato opere radiofoniche prodotte da
Rai RadioTre con testi di Stefano Benni, Valerio Magrelli ed Elias Canetti.
E’ tra i soci fondatori di Edison Studio con cui ha creato le colonne sonore di vari film degli anni ’10, pubblicati dalla Cineteca di Bologna. Tra queste, la colonna sonora per il film “Inferno” ha ricevuto nel 2011 il premio AITS.
Dal 1979 al 2020 è stato titolare della cattedra di Musica Elettronica presso il Conservatorio di Musica di Perugia e successivamente di Latina.
Nel corso degli anni si è avvicinato in molte occasioni alla musica extraeuropea, realizzando opere influenzate dalla musica di altre culture musicali. Da alcuni anni si dedica anche a concerti di improvvisazione come interprete elettroacustico.

Echo Selector is created by producer and sound engineer Juan Esteban Herrera to explore Jamaican Dub and electronic music.
Juan Herrera is a musician who has explored tropical music, electronic music and dub, he is also the founder of  "Ruido Selecto" his other solo project. He Maintains a studio in Medellín (COL).

Echo Selector nace como un proyecto alternativo del productor Colombiano Juan Esteban Herrera (Ruido Selecto), en el cual mediante herramientas como sintetizadores y máquinas de ritmo, logra plasmar una sonoridad influenciada por la música jamaiquina y el Dub electrónico actual.
