Giant Mind is the newly formed band of Philadelphia musician Greg Puglese. Performing behind his new full-length self-release, Holes in the Ground, the band delivers a unique style which combines warped hip-hop and soul samples, dynamic guitars, drum machines, and spacey electronics to create uniquely crafted pop songs.

With five members from multiple Philadelphia neighborhoods, Giant Mind have no trouble pulling a large local crowd. A diverse lineup, each member brings not only an individual element of musical styling, but a unique performance background to the table. From years of institutional performance to loads of DIY fire hall shows; unpredictable outdoor festivals to late night club gigs, the band has collaboratively encountered almost every kind of performance experience.

Collectively, Giant Mind members Greg Puglese, Steve DiRomualdo (also of Courage Pills), Andrew Hagerman, John Kutlu and Tom Magliaro have opened for well known acts such as Cage the Elephant, The Misfits, August Burns Red and The Evan Anthem.
