Gib Carter is a Tanzanian tropical house and pop music artist and music producer. Gib Carter, the stage name of Gibson Kawago, also known as Wanted , has been a recognisable name in the Tropical House , EDM and pop scene since 2017.

Gib Carter grew up as a classically trained choir master and learned music production skills at an early age. He spent most of his time listening to music and creating sounds. 

During and interview Gib Carter said that: Every-time he tried doing something else, he found himself going back to the point where he started and said, "I feel like that keeps me centered." 

The times  when he's not producing music, he spends a lot of his time designing and making electronic circuits , where he is the inventor of the "The Wanted Solar Mobile Charger" and "The Wanted Solar Smart Water Pump" and many more Technology Innovations,  all under his "Wanted Innovations".
He has received several Innovation Honors and Award Recognitions.

He studied electrical engineering at the Dar Es Salaam Institute of Technology where he took much of his leisure time in his studio to work on music. He later proceeded producing and recording music , which laid a foundation to his present career.
