The song has traditional origins but this setting is with music by Kevin Dempsey. He also adapted the words and we just love his version so much that we have stolen it! Joe wrote the tune Shots Reel to give it a slightly different edge to the version Kev did with his band Whippersnapper back in the 90’s.
