Der Klangforscher can look back on many years of experience as a DJ.

The Berlin-born original has been playing electronic music since 1992, always aiming towards the goal of creating the perfect musical symbiosis.
To accomplish that, he likes to revert to style-atypical elements such as Turntablism.

Every one of his sets is telling its own story in a straightforward way and always adapting itself to its audience.

Since 2001 he has been part of the radio landscape.
From 2001 until 2008 he and a DJ colleague owned a web radio station called 2deejay's - Radio.

From 2008 until 2016 he regularly hosted his radio show „Klangforschung“ at ShoutedFM.
From there he moved on to Chew TV (2016 – 2017) and now is a regular Streamer of 3 days a week on Twitch.tv since 2020.

It's always worthwhile to tune in to one of his live shows.
His style is very difficult to classify in a single genre.

It may best be categorized under Deep Progressive, Organic - Melodic House, Melodic Techno and Disco - Funky House, Classic - and Uplifting Trance, although he explores other genres as well.

He, himself, calls his style Progressive Tech.

Everything he plays is a lot faster and livelier than you might be used to, always groovy and pumping.

Especially during live gigs at clubs, he mainly plays Driving Peak Time Techno.

In 2013 he made his debut as a producer and released his first single, "It's Time to Go", with his own record label, fut.on music, that he founded in the same year.
From then on, several releases followed and there is more to be expected.

His own music can best be described as hard and deep, voluminously powerful with driving electronic beats.
Music that inspires heart and soul to go on a journey full of the highest emotions and bliss.

2017 and 2018 he was a resident DJ at the legendary KitKatClub for the MonaLisa and the Poodle Day Club Party.

Nach dem mein @soundcloud Account gehackt wurde, 
einige Sets/Tracks verschollen sind & es hier etwas ruhiger war, 
gibt`s jetzt wieder regelmäßig neue Musik. 

Leider wurden auch sämtliche bisherigen Plays, likes, viele Kommentare irgendwie gelöscht. Traurig aber wahr! 

Seinen Stil, seinen Sound zu beschreiben, ist nicht ganz einfach –
denn, Ben (klangmeister) vereint Genres/Stile, der elektronischen Musik,
wie Deep-/Melodic-/Organic-House mit progressivem House & melodischem Techno & spielt mit Elementen aus dem Bereich Indie & ähnlichem.

Er spielt mit den Stilrichtungen - schafft Symbiosen oder setzt Highlights, unterstreicht etwas, mit einen Stilbruch & erzählt so, immer wieder, antreibende, erfreuende oder auch melancholische Geschichten!

Eins jedoch haben seine Sets gemein - SIE haben Herz & Gefühl und sind dabei immer treibend , tanzbar und fordernd!

e11e's Dj sets range from Balearic, Disco, Jazz Funk, South African Boogie,  Afro-Latin grooves and rare re-edits all the way to late-night voyages into expansive electronic music with soul, jazzy house, break, and undeniable mood enhancers.

e11e runs night Disco Sister which focuses on Jazz, Soul, Disco & sounds from afar with an emphasis on booking womxn, POC and queer DJs to even out the playing field in the music industry.

Artist Bio:
Gilles Bernies is a German-French Melodic House & Techno producer, live performer, and DJ based in Düsseldorf, Germany. With roots in piano and bass guitar, Gilles shifted to electronic music in 2017, incorporating analog synths like the legendary Roland SH-101 and Moog Sub 37 to create his deep, progressive, and melodic sound. His DJ sets have taken him to clubs and festivals around Düsseldorf, while he was signed to and released music on national and international labels (e.g. German Melodic Techno Label „Zehn Records“ and Australian Iconic Label „Suckmusic“).

Through various projects and studio sessions, e.g with Barbara Tucker, Huxley, Steve Bug, Jamie (Audiojack), Denney, Reelow and many more established artists, his music certainly gained recognition on all digital platforms like Beatport and global radio stations, helping him to build his world wide fanbase. During the last years, Gilles’ track was featured in Spotify’s influential *Electronic Rising* playlist, further solidifying his presence in the scene.
