Did you know @itsrosh. used to host an automotive based phone-in show? Neither did we. Apparently it was the stations most complained about show, with over 100+ complaints racked up with the UK communications regulator Offcom every month. There was no way the station were going to cut a show running those sorts of numbers. For this edition of Radio Turbo, R.O.S.H. decided to hand an episode of his much hated broadcast. We asked him why he gave it up, he shouted, "They wouldn't give me the bloody drive time slot!"

First release for HMiT Records, label of the High Maintenance in Toulouse collective.   Domê unveils the Disamare EP consisting of two pieces of music cooked by the duo, two remixes by Keumel and a remix by Mr Boom. This EP develops the idea of  
 an element that escapes from its initial context to flourish in a new environment, like the eponymous maple seed. In the same way, the two original songs come from Domê's last live but reaches their fulfilment here.   The EP starts with ‘’Arrivée d’air frais’’, a melodic house track with a groovy bass and beat. The main lead quite dreamy give way to a second one much more complex calling to mind an animal chant during a fresh night.   The next track, ‘’Trixza’’, immerses us in a wild atmosphere: the deep rhythmic embellished with reverberated FX sounds and the ethereal pads become disturbing when the acid bass comes in. In the middle of the track, during a percussion break, a synthetic flute is heard, which transforms anxiety into imminent danger and leads us into a frantic chase through the hostile jungle.
 
Keumel gives ‘’Trixza’’ a more urban touch. In order to accentuate the tension already present in the original, he endowed the piece with a syncopated rhythm and a nasty

bass. He intertwines the different melodies to better alter our perception and leaves us, at the end of the remix, frightened and at its mercy.   But Keumel is not abandoning us haggard, because its version of ‘’Arrivée d’air frais’’ is like a ride at Venice Beach: stylish and unhindered. The track unrolls its groove serenely and invites us to dance.   Mr Boom also takes hold of ‘’Arrivée d’air frais’’ and the color is given from the very moment the remix begins: from the start the breakbeat rhythm raises the listener by a few centimeters above the ground and makes him slide into the dance in favor of percussion breaks and keyboard descents which respond in echo to the melodies originally present in the track.   In botany, the membranous fin of the disamare allows dispersion by wind, by rotation, similar to that of the rotor of a helicopter. Here, the Disamare EP songs allow travel through music, causing the limbs to be agitated after perception of the sounds produced.

VA-Solidarity is a Weapon

These are strange times and it looks like the whole world is going crazy. At least that's how we feel when we open the newspaper and follow the daily news.
All of us noticed the news about Nazi networks in police and military, mostly called „Einzelfälle“ with fear and concern. Halle and Hanau shook us. To watch “Querdenker” and Nazis walking hand in hand while the protests for the victims of Hanau where declined made us want to throw up and listening to politicians talking about the threat from leftwing-radicals just made us wonder. Even the orange president talked about the Antifa-myth which is complete bullshit. So what does Antifa mean? A short term for Antifascist.
Since we are no longer involved in political activism, we thought we would at least make a small contribution and support activists in their struggle.

So we started asking our friends if they wanted to contribute a track. Everyone jumped right on the bandwagon, which made us super happy and in a few weeks we even had more tracks than initially planned.
So you can expect some weird ambient-spheres, stompy club hymns, dolphin-trance, classic piano-house and even some dub-grooves.

We hope you enjoy the music as much as we do.

So who is “Rote Hilfe E.V.” and why does the money made with this compilation goes to them? This organisation puts the main focus on the financial and legal support of left activists who face repression in Germany.
