Sick Cycle are electronic music producers and general recording studio geeks. Westy & Levon hail from the south end of Christchurch, New Zealand - the city where even the ground rumbles not just the sub's. Now, at more than 50 releases deep on a barrage of renowned labels such as Rottun and Section 8 Recordings, they write music to satisfy their need for a darker, aggressive and more sinister side of the music world. Although primarily fixed in the genres of Dubstep & Drum and Bass, Sick Cycle also delve into Jungle, 160bpm, half time Drumstep, and Breakbeat.

Sick Cycle's debut 12" Vinyl Record was released in 2015 - Subsonic New World Order. It features local badman MC Jabz, aswell as up and coming producer and host of RDU's Dangerous Knowledge radio show - Joshua, or Brassic. The EP features the many genres that Sick Cycle produce - drum and bass & drumstep "Subsonic New World Order", atmospheric dubstep with Joshua "Convergence", a dutty jungle number "BloodClot", and finally a smashing dark dubstep grunter entitled "Lump". For 20 years Styli has been a staple in the emergence of fresh low end disturbances from breakthru genre blending and seamless sonic chaos to block rockin’ double droppin’ dancefloor dominance.
Away from the spotlight he’s the co-founder of Melbourne’s premier monthly bass party ‘HomeBass’, community driven and dedicated to help showcase new and established artists within the bass music scene.
