This is a mix about emotional proprioception.

Walking along with your heart open, only to find that the ground is hundreds of feet below as you soar to new heights, right before you plummet back down with your heart in your throat, but never quite find the ground again. Up and down becoming relative.

Confusing as this all may feel, it's never boring.
