Epstein’s music is inspired by his infatuation with the ancient formulas thought to have been used to calculate the precession of the equinox above the great pyramids of Giza. The impetus for his obsession came to him in a dream he had about a Japanese botanist that displayed the mathematics of the fibonacci numbers upon which every living being is designed through music. This is his melodic interpretation into his vision of the astral realm.

Ezio Aguiar’s “Warrior of Hope” is the musical expression of a zeal for a world which has seen intense happenings recently. On the one hand, forests were burning at record rates; on the other hand, an incredibly mature youth is organizing to take the lead to tackle the Earth’s need for climate justice. Time is running short, but, as Greta Thunberg said, “once we start to Act, Hope is Everywhere”. It extends itself as an invitation to feel into the world, guiding the listener through the path to a deep and warm hopeful feeling.

Besides being a dancer passionate about charming melodies, captivating organic sounds and prominent beats, Ezio Aguiar is a student of renewable energies. Believing in the transformative and connective power of music, he has started to co-organize fundraising events in Berlin for organizations which are combating climate change with reforestation and renewable energies projects.

'Onur Ozman links up with the celebrated vocalist Lazarusman for a new EP on Comport. It features their standout original It Hurts and comes with a wealth of remixes from the likes of Audio Junkies, Matthias Schuell and Khainz. Version 1 of It Hurts is a dark and complex tune with spangled synths and icy percussion layered over the rolling drums. Version 2 is more freaky and tripped out with the Lazarusman vocals layering in darkness over the top, while the Prelude itself is a vocal interlude that will be great for DJs who like to be adventurous. The Audio Junkies remix is stripped back and deep, with slippery drums and spine tingling synths all getting you into a hypnosis. Matthias Schuell then serves up a much more melodic version with sci-fi keys and far gazing chords that carry you away into another galaxy. Last of all is Khainz, an edgy version with digital sound designs and a freaky mood that keeps you guessing. This is a fantastic package from an exciting label that offers plenty for everyone.'

Die Überbrückung von Unterschieden. Die Konsequenz durch Kreativität. Diese gegenseitige Ergänzung ist die Basis einer einzigartigen Freundschaft, welche die beiden auch als Künstler seit über einem Jahrzehnt verbindet. Aufeinander aufbauende Sphären, vermitteln den Ein-druck subtiler Wendungen. Exemplarisch hierfür steht die erste gemeinsame EP des Duos.

Mellowflex feiern das Debut mit zwei Remixen. 

Die Stimmung des ersten Songs „Chumu“, entfaltet sich besonders gut im ersten Teil unserer Sets“, so die beiden Münchner. Die einerseits kraftvolle Bassline harmoniert im Konterpart mit den verspielten Höhen. Die Melodie - eingängig, aber düster. Die Klangfarbe dynamisiert und strebt nach Energie, lässt diese aber nicht zerfallen.

Mit „Stony Plain” schaffen Mellowflex einen musikalischen Kontrast. Es dominieren metallische Klänge, welche eine ganz besondere, raue Energie freisetzen. 
Die beiden Remixes kommen von Aio und Genji Yoshida.

In periods of producing, some individual recordings, samples and sounds that get developed are leftover but not useless, as physical albums are simply limited in time.  
That also applies to tracks and some 5 million ideas :-)

Martin decides to reveal the material for later, which can be integrated into other tracks, for remixes and definitely for podcast mixes. 
Like this one for Deep Electronics.

The ambient mood of this podcast session is inspired by the surrounding forest and contemplative lake, which is conducive to the atmosphere of his studio.

Together with Keeva Pfeiffer´s special vocal and speech recordings and deep sense for ambient, this studio podcast for Deep Electronics, (based in Martin´s native country ) became very special to him and is dedicated to all deep ambient lovers. It´s frequencies are about the mystical, love, knowledge, mother earth and the universe.
