In yoga, Indian medicine and Indian martial arts, prana (प्राण, prāṇa; the Sanskrit word for breath, "life force", or "vital principle") permeates reality on all levels.

You can feel Prãna energy if you want, but how? Physically, when concentrated, as prãna moves more freely you may feel an electric charge run through the body. When we “get the shivers” or a “gut feeling” we are responding to prãna and the sixth sense of the subtle body. We can also recognize what prãna is doing by watching the breath.

Therefore, it is about you watching you. 
I mean... let the outer you watch the inner you. Got it?
Let the mantras be the guide.

[I have so many mantras to share] 

Here’s my live set from @chetanaworld in NYC. In every special moment like this one, I try to understand the way I fit in this musical & DJ world. Over these 4 years is more than clear to me it’s not about playing in any kind of place or party, but in the ones that match my beliefs and values. Otherwise, I wouldn't have started mixing inside of my bedroom, in my own company and thoughts, but at friends parties or clubs instead. - (I’m not saying what is right or wrong, but a personal choice of mine, considering I’m a very purpose-driven and sentive person.)

Maybe because this whole thing is about healing myself and changing my state of consciousness I became a Sound Healer on this path and my time and interest in music are just increasing. 
Well, music is that organic choice in my life, the ideal “flow”. that’s why it makes my soul so full. Soulful. 

Chetana, means “the one full of consciousness”, simply what I seek for myself and what I wish for every person.

My first musical work came out of the cocoon 🦋

Made with a love bigger than myself, Jawanih Alhariha was inspired by a melody created during the Civil War in Lebanon, in the 80s. It portrays the context of hostility and fear, bringing the male persona of a warrior who “broke” his wings in war. Full of wounds.

Suddenly, he meets a young woman who asks:

-Where are you from?
-from the limits of the sky
-what are you afraid of?
-I escaped from the cage
 
She took care of the man, who was a wounded bird and taught him to look at the sky and feel the sun's rays again.

“Do not fear” she said.

And so he saw the forest flying, the tides of freedom, beyond those of cages and gates and rescued his wings.

Jawanih Alhariha is the name I chose and means “Wings of Freedom”

Because this is the symbolism of my life.

Let me introduce you to an ancient gate that guides you to find mystic souls. 
An environment where judgment doesn’t have space, but a range of ideologies, ethics, rites, traditions indeed have.
An environment where ancestrality meets our present days constantly and these people are aware of it.
This awareness awake them to a deep consciousness of our essence. 
An essence of equality, freedom and compassion.

In that atmosphere, for me, intuition is the essence of the whole creative process. If life isn’t about understanding ourselves, then, what is its purpose? Everything starts with intuition. It is about trusting and not thinking; thinking comes later.
First, you give your moment a soul, a reason of existing. 
And it all starts like magic, an idea that comes to mind, an emotion, a whisper…Then, the conscious of unconscious come and you you realize you are awake while your are dreaming.

ABOUT INTUITION

A research has proven what Carl Sagan has been saying for a long time: humans are really made of stardust. After analyzing 1500 stars, astronomers came to the conclusion that both humans and bright stars have 97% of the same type of atoms: hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus, and sulfur.
They also found that Humans only came because other stars died billions of years ago.
This is the process of life and death that permeates the entire cosmos.  The first stars were born around 100 million years after the big bang - which happened 13 billion years ago.

 So, does it mean that we are not only connected with the generations through DNA, but with an widely more distant reality, the universe?
Yes!
And, going further, are we not only connected to our family roots, but to all human beings? 
Yes!
Because every cell in your body was developed in the heart of the stars

In these pandemic times, what reflection does it bring us?
We all have the same composition, the same cosmic energy, we are all vulnerable to the same virus.
And therefore, this phase comes to show:

 -

That the domino effect concept has never made so much sense.  What starts on the other side of the world can get here, and vice verse.

 -

That, in the same atmosphere, if I get out of the queue of this domino, that is, if I isolate myself, I can contribute to avoid and, consequently, that the impact decreases.
But just as the stars needed to be together to cause a big explosion, if we get united with the isolation, the result will be more effective.

 -

That, despite being so equal, each of us has a light of our own, each of us has the potential to transform something.
And the moment to transform is always the present moment.

 -

 Last but not least, if we are energy as the universe is, we vibrate at a certain frequency that also creates the reality around us.  So, on the earth plane, I am far from a Chinese, an African, an Australian or a European, but on the cosmic plane, I am on the side.

 -

May our frequency vibrate, above all and more than ever, love!

If life’s about the storytelling, I tell stories through music. Through organic, melodic, mystical, instrumental, and wild music.

I’m a nomad-soul person with the eagerness to make your body groove & heal through energizing music. Yara means butterfly in Arabic, and butterfly means the free-spirit transformation. 

In that atmosphere, my purpose is to make you dance for no reason until you find all the reasons to dance.

It’s to make you feel exactly how you are meant to feel, alive.

It’s to help you find your inner and hidden child, this light that someday was so clear inside of us and that should have never had left.

This is actually the light that drives your happiness. Indeed. 
Because, once we love our own voice, we will be able to understand and respect other voices.

I believe that music can be part of this evolution path as human beings. Music makes us limitless. 

Therefore, I just play because I’ve realized how much this crazy idea helps me to be a better person. And helping me can also be a way of helping you.
