Matteo & Amedeo Giovanelli are the latest recruits from the ever-growing Grey Area Bookings roster and we have caught them just before a rather exciting release of theirs. 

Some may have seen or even experienced first hand Vaal and the Life and Death crew hammering Mathame's highly anticipated EP at ADE this year which is due to arrive on Vaal’s very own Baastard label later this month. 

Having already released on labels such as Connaisseur Recordings and Souvenir Music the pair are certainly paving their way for a very interesting project within the underground music community.

A Brazilian-Lebanese descendant, Giovanna Zattar is a self-made artist who brings her ancestry to life through a deep, spiritual journey in sound. Her music blends tropical polyrhythmic percussion, indigenous influences, and a strong presence of Arab and Mediterranean elements, crafting a unique identity within the Flamenco Arabian House genre. She has performed on renowned stages such as Carneiros, Monolink SP, Warung Tour, Quartzo, SOM Festival, and more.

Beyond the decks, Giovanna is the founder of Yaraland Records, a label dedicated to bridging ancestral sounds with the present, creating immersive sonic experiences. She is also the creator of YARA, a brand of custom, 100% handmade hats that embody the essence of individuality, craftsmanship, and artistic expression.

Together, Giovanna Zattar, Yaraland, and YARA form a creative ecosystem where music, art, and identity merge. The best is yet to be written.
