"LoNe WolF" (a.k.a. Loud Noize) is a solo alternative rock artist that has been evolving within the music scene of northern Illinois since 2018. He's been involved in many open mic and solo concert performances at multiple venues in the Dekalb, IL area including: "The House Café" (before it closed down), "Ax-In-Hand Guitar Shop," "La Calle Bar & Music Venue"(Nov. 2023), and at the Historic Ellwood House...featuring in "Hypnotizame: Beatles Night" at the end of October (2019)...with the latter two events being hosted by "Wooden Box Theater."


His major influences include: Green Day, Nirvana, The Ramones, Social Distortion, Alice in Chains, Bush, Stone Temple Pilots, Staind, and Silverchair.

Welcome to "Awakening"

This project is the sound of that promise kept. I am an independent artist driven by a deep passion for the melodies and soul that defined the iconic music of the 70s and 80s—a sound that feels increasingly rare in today's broadcasting.

"Awakening Project" is my personal journey to recapture that feeling. I write, play, and produce music inspired by the rich textures of pop, soul, funk, and rock, blending them into a sound that is both nostalgic and uniquely personal. These are the genres that wrote the soundtrack to my life.

This project is also a collaboration. It connects me with talented local musicians and artists from around the world, all united by a shared love for authentic, heartfelt music.

A Quick Note on My Process:
While I embrace modern tools and sometimes leverage AI to assist in the technical aspects of production, I firmly believe that without the essential human element—the heart, the soul, the lived experience—the technology is meaningless. The core of every song—the melody, the lyrics, the emotion—comes from a very real place within.
