"This tape contains string and wind instruments which accompanies tape loops and field recordings.

Tracks on side A are named after moon craters, the seas of Serenity, Knowledge and Tranquility are the craters where Apollo 11 and 12 was landed and so would Apollo 13 if it wouldn’t fail at launch.

Field recording of stratosphere is done with Tascam DR40-x aprox. 45000 meters up under the framework of the project “Exhibition in space”.

Side A is recorded with Elfa 332, Dynacord and Pioneer CT-W
Side B is recorded with Tascam DR40-x and Panasonic RN102

progettosonoro è Marco Mascia, accumulatore seriale (e parallelo) di strumenti musicali e oggetti sonori e (non)musicista. Dal 2007 fa parte (con Manuel Lain) del duo Le Pecorecaramellate che ha all'attivo un Cd (Una botte e via! edito da Sesto Esercizio Records) e ha partecipato (Cagliari, 10 Ottobre 2015, Nuovo Panificio) al Multiversal EXP-OFF. 
Il 1 Maggio 2016, sempre al al Nuovo Panificio, ha partecipato, con la Roaring Pianolas Orchestra, alla perfomance live "pianoltre"

I don't have any philosophy, but all my life I've dreamt that i can fly, and that I know what it means to fly. In lots of dreams I leave earth. I often dream that I'm in a surrounded by people in tuxedoes, holding drinks in their hands, and I know I could shut them all up in one go. They don't want me there.Then I'm on tiptoes and I let myself go, I just take off and I end up on the ceiling. And then ... I swoop down to the floor and fly up again, and everyone says, "Oh!" Then I turn elegantly at the wall. I dream that the people are all speechless, watching me, a man, fly. Or I dream that I'm flying over mountains. That's a classic. My Music has shown it from the start. In the studio I close my eyes, I ave my hand on the fader, and I try to form the sounds. I send them through the speakers like a bird flying. That's not a philosophy, more like primitive dream to make the music fly because I'm flying. 

I find it hard to communicate,sometimes only through the piano can I express what I truly feel. I love to write music for people who love to dream.
