In the late ‘90s, it’s very rare that you wouldn’t find me record shopping at 9-12 St. Annes Court. I would make a pilgrimage there every week and hope to pick up all the current anthems that were getting dropped at Escape From Samsara and Pendragon. If I was lucky, I would hear a sneak peak of the latest banger being written in the adjacent studio.
The in-house music produced there is without doubt my favourite of the UK scene at the time - the Acid Trance being pumped out by Choci and his various labels really epitomised the underground clubbing scene in London and was the soundtrack to the best days of my life...
Researching, sourcing, compiling and sequencing this mix has been a real labour of love for me and I hope you can hear that passion and admiration I have for the music come through in the mix.

"This is the first in a series of three hard house mixes that I am doing. Unlike the tributes to Karim and Dom Sweeten that I did several months ago, these are general hard house/nu-nrg mixes, featuring material from across the five years from 1999 to 2004 that I was an avid buyer of UK hard house. Since I am selling off virtually all of my hard house records via Discogs, these mixes are a kind of keepsake for me, so that I can still listen to some of my favourite tunes after they have been sold."

[90's Hard Trance] Essential Guide To United Ravers Records (1994-1998)

I'm a DJ and producer that started spinning records back in 1998. I had the best days of my life in the London club scene at events such as Escape From Samsara, Pendragon, Trancentral and Frantic.
Over the years I have played alongside Lab4, Andy Farley, Mark EG, Chris Liberator, Sterling Moss, Beamish, Jace, Tara Reynolds, Ephexis and Alek Száhala. 
I also co-ran an event called Synthetic at Club 414 in Brixton during the early '00's.
