I Mixed Feelings ci invitano in un viaggio introspettivo con "Sterile Armonia", una nuova versione che rivela la profondità emotiva del trio calabrese. In questa rivisitazione, il brano si trasforma in un'ode alla fragile bellezza della quotidianità, un'esplorazione delicata della nostra esistenza sospesa tra il peso della routine e il desiderio di un riscatto inatteso.
Con un sound maturo e avvolgente, caratterizzato dalla compresenza di chitarre acustiche ed elettriche, un’elettronica dalle tinte fortemente dark wave e ritmiche delicate, i Mixed Feelings dipingono un quadro intimo della nostra vita: giorni che si somigliano, gesti automatici e una sottile malinconia che aleggia nell'aria. Eppure, tra le pieghe della routine, si cela un desiderio profondo di riconnettersi con la nostra essenza più autentica, di ritrovare quella leggerezza perduta.
Le parole, semplici ma evocative, ci guidano in un labirinto di emozioni contrastanti: la consapevolezza della nostra condizione umana, la ricerca di un senso più profondo e la speranza di un futuro diverso. "Sterile Armonia" è un inno alla fragilità, alla bellezza imperfetta delle cose e alla capacità dell'anima di risorgere anche nei momenti più bui.

"Volerò è il brano che probabilmente ciascuno di noi avrebbe voluto scrivere almeno una volta nella vita. 
Si tratta infatti di un proposito per il futuro, il proposito più importante di tutti, quello di cambiare definitivamente vita, rinunciando una volta per tutte alle convinzioni limitanti del passato, e provando finalmente a volare davvero. 

La metafora del volo credo infatti che sia la più pertinente. Da sempre il volo rappresenta la libertà, la voglia di liberarsi per sempre delle catene che spesso noi stessi abbiamo costruito, impedendoci di fare veramente quello che ci rende felici. 
Ho scritto questa canzone al termine di una lunga fase della mia vita, una fase che non è ancora finita, in cui ho iniziato davvero a comprendere che spesso e volentieri siamo proprio noi a creare le paure e i limiti che ci impediscono di essere noi stessi. 

Proprio per il fatto che tutto ciò deriva da noi, possiamo in qualunque momento cambiare rotta, decidendo consapevolmente di abbandonare le paure e le limitazioni che noi stessi ci siamo imposti". (Luca Caperna)
