Arkajo is back on his own label with two originals and two remixes by kindred spirits, Polygonia and Konduku. Starting with the warm Entwine, stepped-out beats laced with swirly stabs. Polygonia’s finishes off the A-side with an organic and atmospheric rework; saturated in deep, trippy, rattling tonally percussive flows. Arkajo’s Signature leads the B-side: broken drum patterns with whispers from the realm between where Sweden and the UK meet. Konduku settles the score with his dark and eerie 4×4 techno take. A diverse record to keep in the bag for both hazy basements and the upcoming summer season.

Hazed and Confucius is a group of House, Lo-Fi House/Techno lovers based in Seoul, South Korea. Their goal is to spread and share their love of music through various parties, broadcasts and compilation albums with their guests and friends.
In their second compilation VA002, HZDCFC invites their friends to share their stories. Di Barsotti (Novaj 新し, France) reveal their love of Asia, DJ Spielberg and DJ Legwarmer (No, She doesn’t, Portugal) dig through Korean records, while KAZUHO and Romy Mats (N.O.S, Japan) criticize Japan’s strict regulation of night clubs. HZDCFC VA002 also contains tracks from local Korean talent DJ Bowlcut, Jae Young, Anchore and Monika who all contribute warm and hazy house tracks.
