A brutal transmission from the wrong side of the grid. SYSTEM OVERRIDE is a warehouse-born industrial techno album built on concrete kicks, rusted machinery and distorted, androgynous chants. Every track feels like a different glitch in a collapsing city: sirens buried in sub-bass, conveyor belts turned into drum lines, broken churches rebuilt as strobe-lit clubs.

Designed for dark rooms and red strobes, these tunes live between 138–146 BPM, with blown-out low end, metallic percussion and mantra-style vocals that sound like pirate broadcasts from inside the system itself. Gizma, originally from Mexico, is now a San Francisco based DJ, producer and sound designer. She has always been moved by the depths of music but her true musical journey began in the Mexican underground in 2005 while she was starting medical school. There she understood that music occupies more areas of our brain than language does and that humans are a musical species by nature.
 
After obtaining her medical degree she moved to San Francisco, CA, seeking to combine her medical knowledge with the healing powers of musical frequencies, she studied electronic music production in 2012 at the Pyramind Studios in San Francisco, CA.
 
She was recruited to be a Dj at the legendary Spun Records label in 2018. In 2021 she joins the label DJ roster of globally renowned Chilean label Antu Records. She currently performs deep-house, techno, and various genres of psychedelic trance, and produces psychedelic trance with releases on Antu records, Sculpted Sounds and Starseed Psytrance label. 
 
Her performances are described as a story-telling healing session, mesmerizing the dance-floor with high psychedelic energy, eclectic soundscapes, twists of organic sounds and sneaky melodies which can progress from one genre to another, or stay in one realm with the element of surprise always being present.
