Here we see the return of the Spotlight sessions. I chose to select tracks, remixes and collaborations from the mighty Gai Barone, an absolute pioneer in the scene. From his ambient soundscapes, to trance styled and deep progressive leanings, alongside the songs in a neo pop styling it was sure to be an amazing excursion into sound, and 90 mins does simply not do the man justice (look out for further sessions)

I aimed to create a mix that would depict (in my mind) a live session from the man himself. Starting slow and bubbling through electronic soundscapes before building up the pace and intensity of the sounds. Cruising through the hypnotic grooves till the peak time shenanigans engulf your deranged senses. I hope ya dig!

Hi, this is Greg Elliott from California, United States, and this is my mix for Sinergia. I hope you enjoy listening to this mix as much as I enjoyed putting it together! I have been DJing for a hobby since 2002, just a few years after falling in love with the progressive house and trance sounds of that time, having been influenced by discovering John Digweed and other DJs though the Global Underground mix series. During the height of the COVID pandemic, I decided to get more serious about it, and took online classes at Tim Penner's True Peak Sound School, and in February of 2021, started posting 3-hour mixes monthly to SoundCloud. In March of 2022, I decided to start streaming on Twitch, and I try to maintain a schedule of 3 livestreams per week.

From Argentina, the talented DJ and producer Claudio Cornejo @claudiocornejo presents ‘Infinity’, his new EP on Univack, featuring four tracks that flow elegantly between Progressive House and Organic House.
