Rhythmic sound design, modular acrobatics, and bass-heavy, SMPL SMPL (aka Simas Petkevičius) takes fractured industrial tropes and intermixes them with rugged downtempo electro. It’s a recipe of fluid electronics from the outer edges, dark and brooding, rolling and rumbling its way through. Have a listen to the opening three tracks (“Crystallization,” “Layers,” and “A Quite Place”)—their penchant for crunchy low-end expanses and soundtrack motifs aligns with artists like Gescom, Einoma, and Richard Devine as well as familiar imprints like Roulette Rekordz (don’t miss SMPL SMPL’s Portals EP from 2021), Cultivated Electronics, and Furthur Electronix. In other words, there’s no mistaking that Mistika is ahead of its time.

"We are very happy to have on Dystatik's family a Producer/Live act from Warsaw, Poland, Wydma with his new EP called "Wieszaj Siekierę". Six instalments of fear and frustration recorded in his dungeon studio. Muddy, raw sounds that reflect his visions of the forthcoming uncertainty, which is difficult to look away from.
Wydma is also part of an audiovisual music series and events "Salto Mortale'', focusing on dark electronic music."

Niteffect has made a concept album for us, dedicated to Man's Best Friend and our puppy Dalmata Daniel couldn't be more honoured!

This album is Niteffect's debut on our label, but we are not talking about a rookie producer, because he has been releasing music since 2007 mostly on Hamburg-based Kreislauf. His music is mainly characterized by strong emotional melodies, deep basses mixing with downtempo, trip-hop, idm, and deep house sound elements.

Man's Best Friend is an electro-oriented album, sometimes with breaks or other broken beats sound, but the most common that all the tracks have deep emotional synth waves. Niteffect playfully uses these to create melancholic and more upbeat moods, creating a varied but coherent whole, perfectly capturing the changing experiences of a summer vibe.

Italian dark electronics aficionados Alessandro Adriani and Cosimo Damiano come together for a debut collaborative EP on Pinkman. Belonging to different generations but both deeply influenced on one side by "the Sound of Rome", with pioneers like Gabriele Rizzo, Leo Anibaldi and Lory D, and on the other side by the raw electro Dutch legacy of Bunker Records, the two strike a golden middle of their styles with a clanging, raw and packed to the brim with coarseness electro-techno hybrid.

Inspired by the cyber dystopia narratives, ‘Neurodreamers’ reflect on the hi-tech surveillance and the promise of AI which unfolds itself into the prospect of dehumanisation. Taking the listener through turmoil and anger, the brutish 4-tracker weave the elements of grubby baselines, coarse synths and erratic percussions with the brain-melting hints of acid and Alessandro Adriani’s own recorded vocals. A living warning to us all.
