Negocius Man is a Madrid-based Electro DJ and producer, founder of the label Microm Records.
With a career driven by his passion for analog sounds and a futuristic vision of electronic music, he has consolidated his place in the underground scene with both vinyl and digital releases, always standing firmly for Electro.

From the very beginning, Negocius Man has explored the rawest and most synthetic territories of the genre, blending precise rhythmic structures with immersive atmospheres, vocoders, and powerful basslines. His work reflects a clear influence of Detroit Electro and the European sound of the ’90s, while maintaining his own forward-looking approach.

Through Microm Records, he has built a platform to spread his own sound while also collaborating with national and international artists, always delivering quality and authenticity in every release. His discography includes critically acclaimed works, highly regarded within the vinyl and underground community.

Negocius Man is not only a producer who spends countless hours in the studio, but also an experienced DJ, bringing his energy and knowledge to the dancefloor with eclectic, high-intensity sets. His commitment to Electro remains strong, staying true to his roots while pushing the evolution of the genre forward.

Negocius Man es un DJ y productor de Electro con base en Madrid, fundador del sello Microm Records. Con una trayectoria marcada por su pasión por los sonidos analógicos y una visión futurista de la música electrónica, ha consolidado su lugar en la escena underground con lanzamientos en vinilo y digital apostando por el Electro.

Desde sus inicios, Negocius Man ha explorado los territorios más crudos y sintéticos del género, combinando estructuras rítmicas precisas con atmósferas envolventes, vocoders y líneas de bajo potentes. Su trabajo refleja una clara influencia del Electro de Detroit y el sonido europeo de los 90s, sin dejar de lado su propio enfoque futurista.

A través de Microm Records, ha creado una plataforma para la difusión de su propio sonido y a la vez colaborando con artistas nacionales e internacionales, siempre con calidad y autenticidad en cada lanzamiento. Su discografía abarca referencias aclamadas por la crítica y por la comunidad de apasionados del vinilo y el underground.

Gladio Operations continues its expansion into the electro universe and, with this fourteenth release, lands in Viking lands, giving Danish producer Martin Stoffregen his debut on the label.
 This artist, who releases his work under the alias Krypton 81, is no stranger to the scene, having released on major labels such as Bass Agenda and Mars Frequency, among others.  On this EP, entitled “Quantum Entanglement”, we sense a breath of fresh air in its three original tracks, which are refined and elegant. With strong sequences and adorned with sublime textures, we encounter “Binary Encoding”, the track that opens the EP and shows us the way to “Particle Proximity” and “Quantum Computing”. These two Kraftwerk-flavoured tracks are imbued with captivating melodies and subtle vocals, transporting us to an infinite emotional state of continuous well-being.  This EP is reinforced with two heavyweight remixes. The first is by producer Univac, who returns to the label and gives us his particular vision of “Binary Encoding”, once again showcasing his unmistakable and classic industrial sound, dark and emotive. The second remix is by German producer Vertical67, who gives “Quantum Computing” more hypnotic tones than the original piece, turning it into a simultaneous work of mystery and suspense.

For our next physical release, FERMA welcomes back home one of the individuals running the project, Romphea.

As a co-founder, he has long shaped the label’s uncompromising DIY ethos—placing experimentation, raw energy, and community at the heart
of its vision. After releasing in a series of acclaimed platforms, the forward-thinking DJ and producer from Vyronas, Athens returns to vinyl with
a genre-defying release. Building on the experimental pulse and reshaping the edge between electro, breaks and techno, Romphea continues that trajectory,
weaving together tense polyrhythms, warped melodic fragments, and cavernous spaces.

This release features four, plus three digital bonus original tracks, aiming to provide a clear sound identity for the artist. The A-side opens with “Calls from Salem”, a dystopian slow burner that sets the tone with broken-beat percussion and dissonant synth stabs. “Steel Chair” surges forward with unrelenting force, propelled by serrated arpeggios and a barrage of fragmented vocals that rise and fall within the space, crafted for peak-time eruption.

Flipping to the B-side, “Paid Dividends” reaches full intensity, layering hammering kicks and percussion, while the low end rumbles with tectonic weight, amplifying the energy to fever pitch. Closing the record on a more contemplative note, “We Are The Universe” slows the pace, easing the tension and drifting into deeper territory. Echoing chords drift into space, layered with fragile percussive details and low, throbbing pulses. It’s a meditation on collapse and renewal, offering a moment of breath after the storm.

Extending beyond the physical record, this release comes with three extra digital exclusives. "Moonlighting" is another dancefloor stomper,
capturing the tension and guiding dancers into a space where time dissolves, while in "Keygen Music", the rhythm remains grounded, but it is softened by melodic fragments that swirl in and out like fleeting memories. The release closes with "The 286 Theory" as a fierce statement: a four-to-the-floor cut, with layers of percussion that drive the groove forward, bringing the record full circle.

Straight from the source, defying the norms, devoted to the art. Do not sleep.
