Auxlade is a nineteen year old electronic producer, born in Nigeria, a country internationally known for its massive music talents but not for Electronic Dance Music. Auxlade began making music basically in the year 2012 as an amateur after developing interest in how music was made via software; by one of his close pals within the walls of Covenant University, while studying for a bachelors degree in Accounting. Gaining influence from producers like Charles Bass, SkweiRd and Dyksen to mention a few, he began exploring different genres of music such as Hip-Hop, Afrobeat, Trap and most importantly, Electronic music. His interest in electronic music started when he came across Fireflies by Adam Young (Owl City) in 2009. He has since been exploring the EDM scene, from Progressive House, Big Room House and Electro House to Trance, Dubstep, Electro Trap etc., gathering inspiration from the likes of Avicii, the now defunct Swedish House Mafia, Tiësto, Calvin Harris, Hardwell, David Guetta, Afrojack, Alesso, Armin van Buuren, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, Diplo, DVBBS, Kaskade, Krewella’s Rain Man, Nicky Romero, Zedd, Skrillex and Martin Garrix to mention a few.
