Solid Grooves Raw invite Italian newcomer Boogie to the label for his debut release, 'Jet Black'. Launched in 2017, Solid Grooves Raw has grown to form a sound of its own and a reputation as a go-to imprint for some of the biggest records in rotation amongst the leading names in the game.

Housing music from established talent such as label co-founder PAWSA and key family member Dennis Cruz, the project also serves as a hotbed for showcasing and discovering the scene's most exciting new names, with the likes of SOSA, Beltran, Max Dean and Chklte all featuring on the label amongst a long-list of rising talent.

Next up to join that long list and make his debut is Torino-based newcomer Boogie as he serves up his debut single, 'Jet Black'. With a series of hooky vocals at its core, 'Jet Black' combines sharp percussion, slinking bass grooves and sweeping melodies amongst energy-charged snare rolls and builds for a crisp, heavy-hitting cut made for the floor.

Barcelona's Kastelo is a producer after our own heart. He releases big, dancefloor-friendly vocal bangers with wicked techy beats. PREMIERE: Helsloot feat. Jono McCleery - One Step [Get Physical Music]

Hitting the ground running at the start of 2024, Darin Epsilon's highly regarded label celebrates Volume 8 of its successful series "Perspectives Around the World".

Opening the 5 track tour across 5 continents, Bound (AUS) are a Melbourne-based duo who began their musical journey together in 2019.  Sharing a passion for Melodic Techno and Progressive House, a clutch of releases has quickly found success on the likes of Area Verde, UGENIUS, and Polyptych.  

Making their Perspectives Digital debut, "Awaken" is redolent in Bound's "deep driving basslines", as a chunky groove lays the foundation for an emotive lead line to make its presence felt, before a haunting vocal phrase is repeated in chanted pattern across the 6 minute piece.  Building through the breakdown to a rousing zenith, "Awaken" then drops back into its powerful rhythmic undertone.

On Wednesdays, I host Wiggle Wednesday, where I play Jacking House.

Thursdays are dedicated to Thursday Therapy, where I play a variety of House music, ranging from Drum and Bass to Deep House and Chill.

Fridays are for Filthy Friday, a request show where I play tunes sent to me by producers. I play all sorts of music, including new releases.

Sundays are all about Sunday Confessions, where I play Deep House, Melodic House, and Progressive House.

I do occasionally change the theme of my sets to keep things fresh.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to all the DJs and producers who upload their music on Soundcloud for free downloads. Many people overlook Soundcloud as a platform for discovering up-and-coming talented DJs who dedicate their time to create edits for people to enjoy. This page is not only a platform for sharing music but also a space that supports and promotes talents, giving them the love and recognition they deserve. Music has always been a means of expression and communication, and it should always remain that way. Every true music lover starts their journey on Soundcloud, and even though there are numerous platforms to download music these days, sharing and reposting music for free keeps the spirit of music alive, in my opinion. I live my life by the saying "Energy Flows Where Attention Goes," so I encourage you to repost music you discover because you never know, that one song might inspire the next generation to keep the music we love alive.

Music is truly understood when you feel it. I spent the late 80’s and early 90s dancing all over Europe, experiencing the vibrant acid house, techno clubs, house, and trance scenes. From the iconic Love Parade in Berlin to the early raves in the UK, I have traveled extensively and have had the privilege of meeting many legends throughout the years. My passion for life has been earned, and only those with a rich soul and kindness are welcome to join me on this journey.

Some people simply listen to music, but for me, it is a deep love. Music is life in my world, and there is no better place to experience it than on a dance floor without a care in the world. Those who understand this feeling and space are always welcome to connect with me. If you are the type of person who starts dancing as soon as you put on your headphones, then you are my kindred spirit. There is nothing quite like that moment in music when a tune transports you back to a specific place and time.

I do my best to research music and save it on my likes page. So if you are looking for a particular tune or a banger, start there. I can guarantee you will find something you love. I also support DJs because they are the artisans who bring us joy through their craft. If DJs send me new tunes, I always make sure to listen to everything they send. I am not an influencer or one of those bots that seem to be everywhere these days. If I genuinely like what you produce, I will give it a like, repost, and save it for others to discover. Life is a journey of taking shit, but as you climb higher, you start taking less shit. Until one day, you find yourself in a rarefied atmosphere where you can't even remember what shit looks like. Welcome to the layer cake, son.

Glasgow Underground was set up in 1997 by Kevin McKay. He began the label releasing his own music and collaborations with friends and other Glasgow-based artists (Omid 16b, Studio Blue, DJ Q, Harri). Through his DJing and work for various music magazines (Muzik, Jockey Slut, Mixmag Update) he met some of his favourite producers of the time (Romanthony, Mateo & Matos, Idjut Boys...) and convinced some of them to join him releasing on GU. In the early 2000s, Kevin met Mylo and set up the Breastfed record label. The global success of "Destroy Rock & Roll" meant Glasgow Underground was put on hold. After leaving the Breastfed label in 2011, Kevin re-started Glasgow Underground and since then the label has gone on to re-invigorate Romanthony's catalogue with remixes from the likes of Dixon, MCDE, Gerd, Andres, Oliver Dollar, Ejeca, Audiojack, Claptone, Christian Nielsen, Supernova, Jimmy Edgar and Waifs & Strays. The label has also introduced producers like Daniel Trim, Brett Gould, Mia Dora and Illyus & Barrientos as well has releasing established & rising stars such as Metodi Hristov, Stefano Ritteri and Sabb.
