Sander Gorter, born in 1982, hails from The Netherlands (NL) and, like many, has always been involved with music, acquiring his DJ skills and musical knowledge at a young age. 
At home, through his work, clubbing and long nights in his home studio. An insatiable hunger for music. From 90s dance music, millennium house and hip hop to mainstream music played on the radio at home, even the evolution and early beginnings of house music (such as James Brown is Dead and GOATS like Tomcraft and Speedy J) in the late 80s and 90s shaped him musically. Everything that has moved him in his 42-year journey has been felt sincerely. Now he is returning to his roots once again. Funky sounds, heavy basslines, punchy kicks and groovy tunes are what he loves. 

Inspiration is what drives him musically, has had no shortage in the past year and dropping several mixtapes on House music platforms. Currently caught up in Soulful House to quite Strictly, whether Funky or not, but always harking back to or reminding us of the Old School sound. And sometimes even, as is the case this time, into the real Classic House Sounds. ID. Me is pure and strives to convey his infectious energetic vibe to the audience through his set.

DJ/Producer, owner of Glasgow Underground


Glasgow Underground was set up in 1997 by Kevin McKay. He began the label releasing his own music and collaborations with friends and other Glasgow-based artists (Omid 16b, Studio Blue, DJ Q, Harri). Through his DJing and work for various music magazines (Muzik, Jockey Slut, Mixmag Update) he met some of his favourite producers of the time (Romanthony, Mateo & Matos, Idjut Boys...) and convinced some of them to join him releasing on GU. In the early 2000s, Kevin met Mylo and set up the Breastfed record label. The global success of "Destroy Rock & Roll" meant Glasgow Underground was put on hold. After leaving the Breastfed label in 2011, Kevin re-started Glasgow Underground and since then the label has gone on to re-invigorate Romanthony's catalogue with remixes from the likes of Dixon, MCDE, Gerd, Andres, Oliver Dollar, Ejeca, Audiojack, Claptone, Christian Nielsen, Supernova, Jimmy Edgar and Waifs & Strays. The label has also introduced producers like Daniel Trim, Brett Gould, Mia Dora and Illyus & Barrientos as well has releasing established & rising stars such as Metodi Hristov, Stefano Ritteri and Sabb.
