Ambient indie instrumental soundscape rock

Somos el Viento blends post-rock’s expansive atmospheres with the ethereal textures of space rock and ambient. Each track is a sonic journey, exploring deep emotional landscapes. With influences from the cosmic to the earthly, this project creates an immersive experience through layered guitars, delicate soundscapes, and atmospheric production, offering moments of reflection and escape.

Started in 2015, Glass Kingdoms is a two piece band from Vancouver, WA that includes Jon Wright on Bass, rhythm, and lead guitar and Nick Wright on fx, drums, bass, and production. Glass Kingdoms mixes electronic music with rock… and just about every other genre you can think of.

I am a composer.   I use Logic Pro to compose with.  For the most part I play all the instruments but have had vocal help from others and my daughter.  Also on my older pieces the bass playing of Dana Flavin.  I also use snippets of whatever I can find to add messages and effects my pieces as well.   It is not intended that the listener of my music simply listens, but to listen hard.

A lot of my work features the bass playing of Dana Flavin.  To this day I am recording but sometimes will post a mix of old work.  So this is where to find my work!   Enjoy.
