You’re pre-drinking at a friend of a friend’s before the club night. You don’t really know anyone here. You’re feeling anxious but you’re on your best behaviour and have this inclination to impress your mate’s mates.

Now it’s time to share an awkward Uber with 3 people you’ve never met as you and your friend have been separated during the last minute scramble to get 9 people in 3 cabs straight to the venue.

Whilst you’re at the club you’re enjoying the hard dance music for a little while before your mind naturally starts to wander. Out of nowhere, someone spills their drink all over your arm. They’re having the time of their life, so who cares! However, your damp sleeve serves as a sobering wake up call. You start thinking about other kinds of music… You can’t help it. You miss the sound of satisfying melodies and resolving chord sequences.
