In celebration of 11,000; read it again, Eleven THOUSAND lovely subscribers, I decided to do something I promised I never would: make a remix of my own work! A double VIP remix, as it were. We’re approaching the end of this particular chapter of the Tavi and Scratch series, with one more single to come out to wrap up our story as it is now. That’s still in the works, but in the meantime, chew on this wackiness for a bit. No download until the E.P. is finished, though!

Both Rhyme Flow and Nowacking have been doing their part to get “On Hold” performed live at all the big conventions (most of which are too far away for me to attend :-( ) so it was an absolute pleasure to get in touch with Nowacking and have her lend her Vinyl Scratchiness to this remix. Just something I was playing around with last night, I didn't really focus on a structure or anything else for that matter, I just went with whatever came naturally without worrying about the what synths I used or how the mix was.
Well actually I tell a lie, if I didn't like the sound of the synth I used I layered it with generous amounts of distortion.

Seems Vinyl Scratch is most typically depicted through dubstep. Thought I'd try a different spin on it with this song.
