After keeping an eye on https://soundcloud.com/shansound as a desired candidate for a while now, we proudly announce to launch his latest release via Footjob. His records on Running Back, Beats in Space & The Healing Company during the last 5 years were critically well received and put him on the musical map - a highly gifted producer who’s capable of going into many directions. His “Filterjob EP” takes us back to the golden era of Sample House. Driving beats combined with filtered Disco melodies never get out of style. Diamond (his actual surname) is a 20 year-old Oxford-based producer and DJ. Alongside a 'jazz series' of mixes released on SoundCloud, Diamond’s live sets range from disco to house to techno. Diamond plays regularly at famous Oxford nights such as Simple, Musical Medicine, Groove, Rubix and more.

 He has had releases on labels such as House Cookin', Ltd W/Lbl, Crooks & Villains, Salin Records and upcoming release on  Flat White Records. The coming years look very promising for this young producer – you can expect much more to follow!

The Love I Own is the track that gives the name to the Ivan Dbri's upcoming album. A #deephouse masterpiece, a touch of that parisian house in the beginning of the 2000, smooth and groovy, the perfect summer flavour.

Born in Mexico City and raised in Brooklyn New York, he has been influenced by a diverse spectrum of hip-hop, jazz, salsa, classical & electronic artists.
In the ever changing world of New York, he took the best of the city's diverse influences and formed his own sound, with releases on labels like, Gemini Wax Records, House Cookin, Blaq Records among others, he was recently featured on Houseum Paris with music from his label Foxfield Recordings, Dbri remains an active DJ & Producer in Mexico now, he is real music lover no Hype!
