All of the music on this site was composed and performed by my friend Jesus M.. Jesus was a very talented Tex-Mex musician who struggled with severe and often untreated schizophrenia. During flare-ups of his illness he would sometimes become violent when provoked. Consequently, he was in and out of jails and mental health hospitals until he died tragically by hanging himself in a maximum security prison cell over 40 years ago.  His music is his most positive legacy and this site is dedicated to alleviating some small measure of his family’s painful memories.  Anyone can feel free to reproduce, edit, or perform this music without regard to copyright. If someone profits from this work, please consider a donation to his family.
