“During one of my many visits to Sedona, AZ my partner and I were hiking through a tree lined canyon next to a sweet babbling creek on the West Fork Oak Creek Trail when I stopped to play my flute. After playing for a while, an unknown sound started above us. It was getting louder and louder so we looked up and we could see the trees moving but there was no wind! We realized that the Canyon was answering the flute, singing its loving song. Canyon Call is inspired by this experience.”

In "Call From The Mountains" Vibhas Kendzia takes us to the mountains of Peru where Native Flute melodies soar through deep valleys and echo from high mountains. At first there is a call and the mountain responds, but soon the two merge to become one song, one entity. 

“Call From The Mountains" is inspired by the ancient melodies that linger in the mountains of Peru. When I play this song I give homage to the rich Peruvian traditions that penetrate the land and soften our hearts.”

Recorded my Ovation Standard Balladeer Guitar with a "click-track" then replaced the "click" with a Drummer in GarageBand.

I then recorded my Tree of Life Designs "G" Flute made from Curly Anigre & Red Mallee Burl.
I added the High Spirits Pocket Flute in high "G"  for a few accents.
