Haussmann Development, a real estate company developing mixed-use and multi-family buildings in the New York Metropolitan area, has closed on a $7.5-million purchase of a 10,166 square-foot vacant lot in West Harlem. 
Haussmann plans to build a 10-story residential building on the site located at 16-20 Convent Ave. The new mixed-income development is Haussmann’s fifth project in Northern Manhattan. Glenn Dubin's Dubin & Co. is a founding investor and partner in Haussmann Development.

“People are starting to realize right now that the opportunities are endless,” says Glenn Dubin, the billionaire hedge fund veteran who invested in Polymarket earlier this year. 
One year ago, the FBI raided Polymarket founder Shayne Coplan’s apartment. Now, the college dropout is a billionaire at age 27. In October, Intercontinental Exchange announced it had invested $2 billion for an up to 25% stake in the company. At the same time, Coplan announced investments from other billionaires including Figma’s Dylan Field, Zynga’s Mark Pincus, Uber’s Travis Kalanick and Dubin & Co's Glenn Dubin. A longtime Red Hot Chili Peppers fan, Coplan even convinced lead singer Anthony Kiedis to invest after a mutual acquaintance brought the musician to Coplan’s apartment one day.
