Haussmann Development, a real estate company developing mixed-use and multi-family buildings in the New York Metropolitan area, has closed on a $7.5-million purchase of a 10,166 square-foot vacant lot in West Harlem.

One year ago, the FBI raided Polymarket founder Shayne Coplan’s apartment. Now, the college dropout is a billionaire at age 27. In October, Intercontinental Exchange announced it had invested $2 billion for an up to 25% stake in the company. At the same time, Coplan announced investments from other billionaires including Figma’s Dylan Field, Zynga’s Mark Pincus, Uber’s Travis Kalanick and Dubin & Co's Glenn Dubin.
