L' Église de VALIS international (International Church of VALIS) was originally broadcast on CIBL 101,5 FM Radio Montreal (La Radio Libre) between 1997-2007. It was produced, mixed and hosted by Chris Nix (aka El Topo) and starred Wild Bill (as himself), Gérard Bédard (The Patriot), Marc Huber (PH7), Dimitri (The Blind Follower), Mr. Constantin (aka The Wicked Witch of the East) and many others. They endeavored to re-broadcast information sent to them from what Philip K. Dick (peace be upon him) referred to as the Vast Active Living Intelligence System.

The Church of VALIS was broadcast with the FULL KNOWLEDGE, COOPERATION AND BLESSING of the administration and programming committees of CIBL 101,5 FM. In May 2007, the Church of VALIS ceased broadcasting on the FM dial and its members dispersed to various parts of planet Earth.
