Blu9 is a Chicago born and raised dj and producer, rising up the ranks of the underground house and techno scene. Art and music has always been a priority and focus, learning violin at 7, followed by composition and interest in piano and percussion. This is echoed in her hauntingly beautiful productions which often fuse electric violin with percussion instruments and string elements, and can be found on many prominent labels. A regular on the decks at well known Chicago venues, she’s played support for the likes of Nicole Moudaber, Stacey Pullen, Chris Liebing, and Richie Hawtin.

The long running and influential Global Underground label is back with more brilliance, this time in the form of a superb Just Her original and a remix from AudioJack.

Just Her runs the Constant Circles label, has released on Suara & Save Us Records, and songwriting and engineering work with Him_Self_Her took her to labels like Toolroom and Crosstown as well as the top of the Beatport charts. Now going solo again, she is in fine form here.
Fall From Grace is a deeply emotional track with spine tingling vocals that really make a mark. The pained synths all around and the bubbling drums and bass all cast a real spell and are sure to mark a standout moment in any set.

Audiojack have long been house mainstays, well travelled DJs and have a fine discography on vital outlets like 2020Vision, Hot Creations and Leftroom. Their version is raw and more physical, with chunky drums but also plenty of the musical and emotional class of the original.

A really fine release from a label that never fails to deliver.
