Bye Summer, hello autumn! 
And hello to my new track "Rising Tide" that is out today.
„Rising Tide“ is my personal favorite from my EP „Love will find us“ because for me it encapsulates the sheer joy of making music. Music can be sad, solemn, joyful or experimental but it it is always an affirmation of life. A decisive „No“ to silence. A celebration of existence. This is what makes it connective and participatory.
Recording the different instruments gave me the feeling of not sitting alone in my studio but jamming with a band. This got me in some kind of „flow“ state where I always had an answer to what the music asked me.

I want to deeply thank the „Honey Crew“ gospel choir for spontaneously recording the backing vocals for the last part of the track.
This choir was very important for me during my own teenage years because I experienced the magic effect making music has on people. I saw introvert people completely opening up, happy people cry, sad people become happy - all just by singing and joyfully expressing their disagreement with the silence of being alone.
