We release 2023 and embrace the black canvas as we wait for new light to emerge. It is time to lay the foundations for a new chapter of our lives in alignment with our true selves. 

2024 is an important year, we can no longer operate from conformity and fear; it’s time to act consciously and with congruency, in connection with moments of beauty and joy in the day-to-day, in connection with the Earth, with emotional awareness and sacred reciprocity.

This ambient sonotherapy set was designed specifically to initiate this process, to cleanse, and to guide us as we return to our body and integrate emotions from our center. 

All of the tracks contain instruments, keys, and natural elements that emit certain frequencies that connect to specific energetic points in the body. They can trigger emotions; if you feel a sense of discomfort during the set, breathe through it and surrender; it will pass and is part of the journey.

Integration ☼ Sonotherapy @ Isla Blanca

Glou Studio incorporates sound into its regenerative practices to inspire connection, observation, and awareness on different levels. 

This set was designed for the Sky Forest experience at Fenix Farms during Art Week 2024 in Mexico City. It contains various instruments, keys, and recordings of natural elements that emit frequencies associated with the plants in the Fenix Sky Forest, their endemic environments, and certain energetic points in our bodies to nurture the interspecies connection. 

This experience took place at the moment of the new moon in Aquarius on February 9, 2024, whose energy represents quantum leaps for us all out of our comfort zone as we leave behind traditional platforms and perceptions, and work together to create our collective futures in alignment with the Earth and its natural cycles.

Designed to inspire the conscious element of connection to bring Siddidhatri into manifestation. Each track is selected for its keys, instruments and frequencies to guide us through a journey of microcosmic orbit activation, emotional awareness, and transmutation through contact with the nine forms of Durga. This journey of integration is designed for purification of intent as we arrive into 2025 assuming our personal responsibility and commitment to collective healing and liberation.
