It brought me sheer joy to return to Lightning In A Bottle,  playing music on two of its most legendary stages: The Junkyard (formerly known as The Favela Bar) and The Woogie. Throughout more than a decade, I've been fortunate enough to witness LIB's incredible evolution into the spectacle it is today, both as a devoted attendee and a passionate performer. This journey has played an influential role on my music, my life, and my community and I am profoundly grateful for it.

Thank you all for co-creating with me and I look forward to the next time we get to dance together. For the time being, I hope you enjoy this sonic journey we shared Thursday night at The Junkyard Stage.

GMBT (Gambit Morgan)

Los Angeles Native who began his musical journey early on; digging for vinyl on Melrose, for tracks on Napster, messing around on his dad’s Technics. House music is in his blood, being raised by the LA pioneer DJ Tony Largo. He learned how to officially DJ at age 12 and picked up producing at age 16. Inspired by swinging rhythms and grooving percussion, you can expect GMBT  to get you moving to some Minimal, Deep, Tribal, and Tech House beats. 

Now located in Las Vegas where he holds his monthly event, Soul State, you can find him at Artifice in the LV Art’s District every Second Saturday of the month. Having played alongside many notable artists including Eli Brown, Kenny Glasgow, Greco (NYC), Marques Wyatt, Oona Dahl, Ruede Hagelstein, Holmar, Tara Brooks, Mad Villains, Kevin Anderson, Justin Campbell, Dink!, Evan Casey, Loney Boy, SAAND, Rachel Torro, Brett Rubin, and more in cities across the nation; this up and coming DJ / Producer is certainly one to keep your eye on.
