Son 5 tracks modernos de electro y techno, orientados a la pista de baile, con samples y vocales ingeniosos que rinden homenaje a las escenas belgas y alemanas de fines de los 80s y principios de los 90s. Tomando elementos del new beat, ebm y synthpop; es música ideal para ir subiendo la intensidad en un formato club o ir cerrando una sesión maratónica después de horario, donde líneas de bajo sólidas y corporales se mezclan con melodías viajeras e hipnóticas.

The label´s 1st release is the debut EP of Ivan Olson, with production assistance from Bikatronika and a remix from DJ Noche. We present 5 modern dancefloor oriented electro and techno tracks, with clever samples and vocals that pay tribute to the late 80s and early 90s belgian and german scenes. Taking some elements from new beat, ebm and synthpop, these tracks were made to be used in a club format in order to build up intensity or to get nostalgic at the end of a marathonic afterhours session. Solid basslines that put bodies to move and hipnotic leads that get your mind tripping serve as the ideal balance in this EP which was made to serve as a bridge between modern club music and old school nostalgia.

Friends, it is time for a finish. Here’s the seventh and last chapter of the festivities that we put together for our 50th catalogue number. Once again, the mighty graphics wizards Doppeldenk from Leipzig provided us with a delightfull artwork. And once again, you’ll get a record that sports a kaleidoscope of dance music from Uncanny Valley veterans and newcomers. This time with the emphasis on bright and positive timbres which can be associated with the colour yellow.

Cuthead starts things with a bang and his PARTY CHORDS set the tone perfectly (including neck pain after nodding your head to the beat like there’s no tomorrow). If chords could be president this would get a lot of votes.
