David Gianulias  created Silver Oaks Communities, a project that added to the more than 60,000 homes built and sold by his grandfather. He is a third-generation home builder and joined the family business G Companies homebuilding division in 1996.Through his unique insight into market branding, development project planning, and residential sales, Mr. Gianulias has been able to put Silver Oaks Community on the map of the Southern California’s Inland Empire.

David Gianulias is passionate about music. During the early 1990s, he was involved in the music industry. He was a band manager and a nightclub promoter.

When David Gianulias and his family decided to undertake a new business venture in the last decade, operating a winery was an easy decision. He believes that sharing a good meal and an even better wine with family and friends is the ideal way to spend an evening. Through their unique Mediterranean heritage, the Gianulias family has brought Levendi Winery to the forefront in California.

Tabi Is a Singer/Songwriter that has the gift of writing to any genre of music out there. Right now she is experimenting with Pop Rock but also loves working in the genre of R&B, Rock, Pop, Country, Gospel and the list goes on.
